Restaurant Carry Bill Passes Senate, Heads to Governor’s Desk in the Volunteer State!
Today, the Tennessee Senate approved the General Assembly Conference Committee report of House Bill 962 by a 24-7 vote. The House passed HB 962 last week by a 66-23 vote. This report removed all arbitrary restricting amendments.
