Oklahoma: Employee Privacy Reform Bill Sent to Governor Henry!
On Monday, May 18, House Bill 1025 was sent to Governor Brad Henry (D) for his consideration. HB 1025 would prohibit private employers, public employers, and public officials from inquiring about a job applicant’s firearm ownership.
