Louisiana: Right-to-Carry permits rise
Louisiana has seen a significant increase in the number of new concealed handgun permits issued this year, which some attribute to the fear of crime and the new president.
Last year, State Police issued 4,130 new permits. In just the first 4 1/2 months of this year, the state issued 4,185 new permits.
