This law not only violates Pennsylvania’s state preemption laws, but will turn law-abiding gun-owners who already been victimized [...] This year’s Gun Rights Policy Conference (GRPC) will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, on September 25, 26, 27, at the beautiful Airport Renaissance hotel.
