Tennessee: Collierville to vote on Right-to-Carry in parks
Collierville is set to join other Tennessee communities on Monday night in deciding whether people with permits to carry concealed handguns can pack them in town parks.
On Sept. 1, a new state law will allow handgun carry permit holders to take their guns with them in municipal parks and on trails unless local officials choose to “opt out.”
