Illinois: Firearms bill signed by Gov. Quinn
Gov. Pat Quinn signed a bill Wednesday introduced by Rep. John Bradley, D Marion, which is intended to protect the right to bear arms.
The bill reaffirms that it is legal to posses a firearm in one’s own home or on another person’s land with permission.
