Tennessee: Democratic candidates for governor differ on Right-to-Carry in parks
Sen. Roy Herron of Dresden and Sen. Jim Kyle of Memphis, took opposite positions on legislation that led to the current law. The measure allows handgun permit holders to take weapons into state parks, except when local government bodies vote to prohibit them.
