New Jersey: Court says Americans have no right to buy handguns

A New Jersey appeals court has concluded that Americans have no Second Amendment right to buy a handgun. NRA sues Seattle, Nickels over gun ban in parks

The National Rifle Association, is suing the city of Seattle and Mayor Greg Nickels over the new ban on guns in city parks.
