New Jersey: Lawmakers move to exempt gun stores from one-gun-per-month law

A panel of legislators took the first step to exempt licensed gun stores, manufacturers and wholesalers from the state’s pending one-gun-per-month law.
The Assembly Law and Public Safety committee voted 6 0 for the bill, which would specify that those groups are free from limits in buying guns from the public and from each other. The legislation is set for a vote in the full Assembly later this month.
