Colorado: Governor Bill Ritter Pushing Unconstitutional Gun Tax!On Thursday, January 21, Governor Bill Ritter’s (D) unconstitutional gun tax proposal hit a roadblock when members of the Joint Budget Committee openly stated that they would not support it.
