The Senate version of the restaurant carry bill is beginning to move in Santa Fe, having recently moved to the Senate Judiciary committee, where it must pass before going to the Senate floor. However, its companion bill, HB83, remains in the House Business and Transportation Committee and has yet to be scheduled for a hearing.
